Do families need to install an app?

The registration and buying experiences work in a web browser. Families open the event link on their phone to register or browse the gallery.

How does Picture Day pricing work?

Free, Essentials, Growth and Pro plans cover platform access and plan-specific limits. AI touch-ups use separate credits. Sales commission depends on the plan or your partner contract. Ask us for current paid-plan rates.

Can I use my own camera?

The capture workflow supports iPhone, iPad and Mac, plus supported DSLR connections. Talk to us about your camera and connection setup before your first event.
