*Commission is calculated on net item revenue: merchandise revenue less lab wholesale costs. Shipping and tax are pass-throughs. Partner or negotiated contract terms can replace the standard rate. Payment processing fees are separate. Location allowances apply to organization-held plans; a studio-held plan covers one location.
TWO PARTS, CLEARLY SEPARATED
Your plan runs the business. Credits finish the photos.
- One touch-up credit pays for one generative photo processing run.
- Platform plans do not include a recurring touch-up credit allowance.
- Paid plans earn one credit back per eligible unique photo sold. Platform-funded processing is excluded, and refunds can reverse earned credits.
- Picture Day touch-up credits and Studio headshot credits are separate balances.
